"Rodnik" helps lay the foundation and set the direction for the entire school. It helps the teacher get away from the routine work of searching/editing/printing/storing/distributing/etc. lesson materials; although, on the other hand, the program itself involves active preparatory work by the teacher, but at significantly lower costs. It is much easier for school management to see the work in the classroom. Colorful manuals with many pictures have been created for children, which help them understand the essence of the topic and help the teacher explain it. The manuals allow everyone to forget about black and white copies constantly disappearing somewhere; make it possible to always repeat/remember any topic covered.

It is important to repeat that this is only the basis, which implies mandatory preparation of the lesson by the teacher (taking into account the specifics of the children in the class) and, most importantly, the participation of parents in completing homework. The rules in the classroom manuals are simplified to help parents understand them. The classroom aids were aimed at helping those who wish to help children but do not have a teaching background.

I would like to note that the school may notice changes for the better after a couple of months, but the teacher will see a real difference after two to three years of working with the program. With all his/her additions and improvements, it will already be HIS/HER program.
