THIRD AND FOURTH GRADES
Third grade booklets are designed to reinforce reading and writing skills. Simple texts will help you work through the following topics:
- Phonetics (classification of vowels/consonants, ь and ъ, syllables, stress, word transfer).
- Initial morphology (words denoting objects, people, etc.; words describing objects; words describing the actions of objects).
- Question words.
- Word endings.
By the end of the school year, the child should confidently read the test text; know the consonants, voiceless and voiced; write from dictation; know the names of all the pictures in the textbook; retell a short story using action words and descriptive words in the correct form.

FIFTH AND SIXTH GRADES
Illustrated textbooks for the fifth grade help students cover such an important topic as word formation (parts of a word: root, prefix, suffix, ending, stem). Spelling of prefixes and suffixes. This course also introduces students to the rules for declension of nouns by case. We are working on the further development of students’ spoken language.
Sixth grade manuals help students repeat and consolidate previously covered material. We are working on the further development of students’ spoken language. Lessons in politeness at home and in the classroom will help your child behave correctly at home, on the street, and in society.
